The United States of America (US) headline consumer price index (CPI) for March, released by the country’s Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), increased by 0.4% on a seasonally adjusted basis (February: 0.4%). On an annual basis, the all-items index increased by 3.5% before seasonal adjustment (In Charts 1 &2).
