Β Bank Indonesia (BI) Board of Governors Meeting on June (21-22) agreed to keep the policy rate BI7-Day Reverse Repo Rate unchanged at 5.75%. The move was widely expected by the financial community. More importantly, the decision signifies coherence in both monetary and fiscal aspects, implemented particularly since the pandemic COVID-19 started, in March 2020.
