Morning,

ย The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (12/14) is expected to trade between 6,785ptโ€“ 6,900pt to attempt higher and be supported by bargain hunters.

Yesterday (12/13), Wall Street ended with the DJIA closed higher by ย 104ย  points or 0.3% to 34,109pt, while the S&P500 and the Nasdaq closed higher by 0.7% and 1.0%, respectively.

The 10-year US Treasury yield, yesterday fell by 10 basis points at 3.508%, and the yield on the policy-sensitiveย 2-year Treasury dipped by 17 basis points at 4.23%.

Wall Street yesterday responded positively to the US Novemberโ€™s CPI reading, at an annual rate of 7.1% (vs. the estimated 7.3%), and 0.1% on a monthly basis or less than the estimated 0.3%.

Yesterday, the price of ย WTI crude closed higher by 3% at USD75.4 a barrel, mainly on the fall of the USD Index along with the continued decline of the US inflation rate. The USDIDR ย closed atย  IDR15,661 vs. IDR15,642 the previous one.
