Morning,

The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (2/23) is expected to trade in the range of  7,270 – 7,420 points to attempt higher with the support of bargain hunters.

Meanwhile, yesterday  (2/22) on Wall Street, the DJIA closed higher by 457 points or 1.18% to 39,069 points. The S&P500 and the Nasdaq Composite closed higher by 2.11% and 2.96%, respectively.

Yesterday, the yield of the 10-year  US  Treasury was slightly above flat at 4.327%. The 2-year Treasury yield was last up by 5 basis points at 4.707%.

Yesterday (2/22) the WTI futures contract for April gained 0.9% at USD78.61/barrel, on both supply-side restrictions including the impact of conflict between Israel and the Middle East and demand-based prospects from the impact of winter and India’s current demand. Meanwhile, the USDIDR closed at IDR15,630 vs. IDR15,658 the previous one.
