The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (3/29) is expected to be in the range of 6,150pt โ 6,300pt, ย likely to continue in the green zone, also to join regional mood. ย Meanwhile, Friday last week (3/26), the DJIA closed higher by 453 points or 1.4% to 33,073pt, while the S&P500 and the Nasdaq ended higher by 1.7% and 1.2%, respectively.
Today, ย the Indonesia exchange isย to launch, in the secondary board ,ย an initial list of equity issuer PTย Sunter Lakeside Hotel (SNLK), at initial price of IDR150 / share, to issue 150mn shares which is of 33.33% of total issued and paid-up capital.ย With around IDR451bn total initial market capitalization, SNLK is about of similar size with TARA, IDPR, GAMA,OMRE. As most counters in the property / hotel sectors, these 4 (counters) are currently at the financial trough, that is with latest bottom lineย are in the red.ย Investors can watch out SNLK price valuations in terms ofย future earnings growth, for expectation of ย innovation to spur growth.
