Headline CPI at +0.4% Change from the Preceding Month

The United States of America (US) headline consumer price index (CPI) for February, released by the country’s Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), increased by 0.4% on a seasonally adjusted basis (January: 0.3%). On an annual basis, the all-items index increased by 3.2% before seasonal adjustment (In Charts 1 &2).
