The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (4/28) is expected to trade between 6,890ptโ7,020pt to attempt higher and be supported by bargain hunters.
Yesterday (4/27) on Wall Street, the DJIA closed higher by 525 points or 1.6% to 33,826pt, while the S&P500 and the Nasdaq closed higher by 2.0% and higher by 2.4%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the 10-year US Treasury was higher by 9 basis points to 3.522%.ย The yield on theย 2-year Treasuryย increased by 15 basis points atย 4.078%.
Yesterday, the price of WTI closed higher by 51 cents at USD74.8/ barrel, mainly on a technical rebound following days of pressures. Meanwhile, the USDIDR closed at IDR14,822 vs. IDR14,822 ย the previous one.
