Indonesia: Trade Balance_September 2023

Stable at the Higher Level Trade Balance

 Indonesia’s overall international trade figures until the end of September this year show a stable and improving level of performance.  Based on the data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia’s trade balance for the month of September recorded a surplus of USD3.42bn, higher than the surplus in August 2023 of USD3.12bn (in Chart 1).
