The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (3/4) is expected to be in the range of 4,450pt-4,650p, expected to fluctuate. Meanwhile, yesterday (2/4) in Wall Street, the DJIA closed higher by 479 points or 2.2% to 21,413pt, while the S&P500 and the Nasdaq both closed higher by 2.3% and 1.7% respectively.
Meanwhile, the WTI price closed at USD25.3/barrel or representing a jump of 23.7% during the last close as compared to the previous one. Yesterday the United States (US) president Trump announced that the US and the OPEC plus cartel have agreed to a planned production cut of 10mn-15mn barrels per day, which is about 10 times as much compared to the last agreed cut of 1.5mn barrels/day set early this year. At the other end, USDIDR closed to IDR16,741 vs. IDR16,413 the previous close.
We advise the following recommendation as for now.
