Morning,

The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (20/6) is expected to be in the range of 6,300pt – 6,375pt supported by positive Wall Street close yesterday.  The DJIA gained by 38pt or 0.2% to 26,504pt also supported by the Fed’s hint of a possibility of rate cut in the coming months. On the other end, Indonesia central bank today will do media release on its monetary policy after completing its 2-days June meeting.

WTI price closed by 1.6% higher to USD55.6/barrel after OPEC members agreed on an undisclosed date of a next meeting to discuss an extended production cut. The last OPEC and non OPEC meeting on production cut  was done on December 7 last year.

The JCI today is expected to be supported by USDIDR that appreciated to USD14,271 yesterday vs. IDR14.,334 previously. Also, the JCI today will still gain benefit from possibility of corporation income tax cuts, from currently effective tariff of 25% to 20%, as mentioned by Finance Minister Sri Mulyani This tax cut possibility also impacted the JCI that closed higher by 81pt or 1.3% to 6,339 yesterday, in our opinion.

We keep the following recommendations. These counters have been hit hard since the end of  March this year and thus offer bargain opportunity both for trading and longer term investment purpose.
