Morning,
The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (27/4) is expected to be in the range of 4,450pt-4,600pt, likely to gain edge amid stable USSDIDR and oil close. Meanwhile, Friday last week (24/4) in Wall Street, the DJIA ended higher by 260points or 1.1% while the S&P500 and the Nasdaq both closed strengthened by 1.4% and 1.7% respectively. Investors in the US was anticipating a gradual re-open of the economy as fatality rate of Covid 19 pandemic reached near 1-month low in New York.
At the other end, Friday last week the WTI price for June delivery closed stable at USD16.9/barrel from USD16.5/barrel from the previous one, representing an increase of 2.7%. At the other end, USDIDR on Friday closed at IDR15.553 vs. IDR15.630 the previous one.
