The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (3/18) is expected to trade in the range of 7,250 – 7,400 points to attempt higher with the support of bargain hunters.
Meanwhile, Friday (3/15) on Wall Street, the DJIA closed lower by 191 points or 0.49% to 38,715 points. The S&P500 and the Nasdaq Composite closed lower by 0.65% and 0.96%, respectively.
Last week, the yield of the 10-yearย USย Treasury was down by 1 basis point to 4.3%. Theย 2-year Treasuryย yield was last 3 ย basis points higher at 4.72%.
Friday last week, ย the WTI futures contract for April fell 0.27% at USD81.04/barrel, mainly supported by the supply side along with the latest revision on the sectorโs demand and supply by the IEA. Meanwhile, the USDIDR closed at IDR15,624 vs. IDR15,582.
