Morning,

The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (3/19) ย is expected to trade in the range of ย 7,250 – 7,380 points to attempt higher with the support of bargain hunters. ย 

Meanwhile, yesterday (3/18) on Wall Street, the DJIA closed higher by 76 points or 0.2%  to  38,790 points. The S&P500 and the Nasdaq Composite closed higher by 0.63% and 0.82%, respectively. The US central bank the Federal Reserve begins its two-day FOMC policy meeting today (3/19).

Yesterday, the yield of the 10-year  US  Treasury was higher by 3 basis points to 4.33%. The 2-year Treasury yield was last 1  basis point higher at 4.73%.

Yesterday, ย the WTI futures contract for April rose by 1.9% to USD82.58/barrel, mainly boosted by the latest signs of higher demand against the sectorโ€™s under-balanced supply side. Meanwhile, the USDIDR closed at IDR15,672 vs. IDR15,624.
