The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (7/7) is expected to trade between 6,600pt โ 6,740pt ย to have technical rebound and supported by bargain hunters.
Yesterday (7/6), Wall Street ended with the DJIA closed higher by 129 points or 0.2% to 30,968pt, while the S&P500 and the Nasdaq both closed higher by 0.4%.ย Meanwhile, ย the yield of a 10-year Treasury note closed higher by 11bp to 2.92%. ย It was contained in the MoM that the Fed is expected to hike another 50-75bp during its Julyโs FOMC meeting at the end of the month.
Yesterday, ย the WTIย price closed lower by 2.0% to ย USD97.5/barrel, still mainly on fear of recession both in the US and worldwide . Meanwhile, the USDIDR closed ย at IDR15,015 ย vs. IDR14,990 the previous one.
