The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today (3/10) is expected to trade between 6,810pt โ 6,920ptย to swing and hover within the green zone also by support of bargain hunters. The yield of the benchmark 10-year Indonesian government bond closed ย by 8bp higher to 6.79%.
Wall Street yesterday (3/9) ended with the DJIA closed higher by 654pt or 2.0% to 33,286pt, while the S&P500 and the Nasdaq Compositeย closed higher by 2.6% andย 3.6%, respectively. At the other end, the yield of the benchmark 10-year US Treasury note closedย higher by 7bp to 1.94%, indicating Treasuries investors rotated back into stocks as commodity prices consolidated.
Meanwhile, yesterday (3/9)ย ย the WTIย price closed lower by 12.1% against the previous close to USD108.7/barrel, mainly on the news on meaningful supply addition from OPEC+members institution, the US IEA and other countriesโ reserves. ย At the other end,ย the USDIDR closed ย at IDR14,371 vs. IDR14,411 the previous one.
