Headline Inflation at 0.18% Month-on-Month (MoM)

Indonesia’s headline inflation rate for March this year was released at an MoM rate of 0.18% (January: 0.34%, February:0.16%), and a Year-On-Year (YoY) rate of 4.97% (January: 5.28%, February: 5.47%).

The annual and monthly headline inflation for February was meaningfully lower than the consensus estimate, at 0.29%, and 5.15%YoY respectively.
